Parent & Me Nature Yoga in Big Bear

A Unique Yoga Experience in Nature

The Parent & Me Nature Yoga event, hosted every other Saturday, allows parents to enjoy quality time with their little ones in the great outdoors. Big Bear Lake is not just about adventure; it’s also a serene place to unwind with family. Set against the backdrop of Happy Hills Trail, it’s a refreshing way to connect with nature and bond with your child through gentle yoga. Find the perfect cabin, search by location or amenity to ensure your stay is prefect!

These sessions, designed for parents and toddlers (ages 0-3), are free and encourage mindfulness while surrounded by Big Bear’s beautiful landscapes. Led by Amanda Carlin, a local yoga instructor known for her passion for family wellness, these classes are simple and fun. Each event invites families to relax, stretch, and breathe together, fostering both physical well-being and emotional connection.

On October 26th, the event has an extra festive twist—a Halloween-themed session where parents and children can dress up in costumes! It’s a playful way to mix yoga and holiday fun, making it a must-attend for families visiting or living in Big Bear during the fall season.
