The location was quiet, and the open patio deck provides a small view of the golf course. Also, located close to the trash collection site. Hiking trails close by above Bear Mountain. We enjoyed taking the chair lift up Snow Summit.

1. you have to download the app which suppoingly would send us check-in details. The app didn't work!
2. I called to ask for check in details; was told different things each time and overall spent more than 1 hour on the phone if I added the time up.

Layout: I enjoyed the layout a lot. The home was very easy to navigate. Large and spacious living room. Perfect table for group meals, games, and discussions. Comfy L sectioned couch to sit and relax on. 3bed/2bath was enough for my group of 8.
Amenities: Had more kitchen appliances then expected which is a big plus. Grill came in handy and luckily already had charcoal from a previous group. Lots of puzzles and board games if needed. TV had DVDs and videos; however, no connection to streaming services or music. Definitely not needed, but just something to be aware about if you were planning to watch a show or movie. Heater was a bit too hot in the rooms compared to the living space, but that's expected with the difference in sq footage of the rooms to the living room. No hot tub unfortunately, but it wasn't a big deal for my group.
Cleanliness: Spotless on arrival. Everything was in place and had no issues at all with cleanliness.
Customer Service: Didn't need to reach out to customer service; however, my only gripe is that they require you to use a specific APP/Portal to receive information regarding the stay.
Overall: I would definitely recommend staying here for larger families or groups (~8). My group had an enjoyable stay; very spacious and cozy and met all my expectations.

Overall a good experience and since it actually snowed that weekend, the kids still had lots of snow play, even with the lack of a backyard.
