There is a fully fenced backyard w/a gate that leads directly to the lake & private dock. There is an outdoor shower & gas fire ring w/ample seating. A large patio features a large table, lounge chairs, love seat & more. In the summer, a sun sail provides additional shade & outdoor lighting will extend your enjoyment of this wonderful space well into the evening w/its amazing views of the lake & surrounding mountains.

As you drive up to this spectacular mountain home you will instantly fall in love w/it as you are greeted by a carved bear & his raccoon friend. Walk in the front door to a large entryway w/bench seating, great for everyone to take off ski gear or wet shoes after a day at the slopes. Make a left through the leaded glass French doors & enter the private game room w/a bumper pool table, 65" Smart TV, gas fireplace, antler chandelier & plenty of seating. The sliding glass door, w/its impressive lake & mountain views lead to the patio & backyard.

To the right of the entryway, you enter the open-concept kitchen & living room. The kitchen is fully equipped w/granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & a custom wood-top island w/seating. The living room is cozy & charming w/mountain décor & comfortable furniture. This space includes a gas fireplace, dining area w/table, 55" Smart TV, lovely lake & mountain views & French doors to the backyard patio. There are vaulted wood beam ceilings featuring knotty pine & new flooring throughout this lovely home.

Parking is permitted for 4 cars. There is room for 1 car in the garage.
