Beautiful and fun
This beautiful rental was perfect for our stay. We all loved the game room and location of the place. The views were beautiful. Found that every room fit our family. Every one had a great time! We took advantage of the free rental but decided to upgrade the kayak. We came prepared with kitchen wear even though there was the standard set in the kitchen. Beautiful walk through the neighborhood. The only thing is that we found that the bedding in one of the rooms was dirty then we wondered if they washed the bedding before each use. We also did not get enough instructions on the never got hot enough, but when we called with questions they were always attentive and informative.

Great location
We had a great stay.the home is in a great location.The house is so big. They let us to check in early. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the coffee bar.Even they left us a welcome basket. The view from upstairs was so beautiful.We love the game room and my kids enjoy playing with the game boards and pool table. The house is great for the families with babies and little kids. There is a baby gate on top of the stairs and a high chair and a crib.The house was clean in general, (the area we use everyday) but the house needs a deep cleaning. specially the lower floor bathroom ( the walls, the corners,..). The balcony was full of iced snow ( snowed couple days before we got there) and nobody cleaned them and the cushion of furniture left outside and they were wet so we couldn't sit there and enjoy the view.
The hot tub was so great and we enjoyed using that. we loved the house has garage and we can park inside and bring our thing through the garage door.
Also, the washer and dryer need to be changed. overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks

Such a great getaway
The house was so beautifully set up and my guests understood all the references to Game of Thrones! Each room and bathroom was decorated soooo well! One room with the fireplace on the first level though was REALLY cold. Seems like theres no insulation and we had to search for a space heater which we found later on in the trip. Some things needed to be repaired as well which i put maintenance notes in. Also i understand the car rule of 4 cars max. I had a friend unloading her car with baby stuff and to then not even 40 minutes later, we get a call about cars even though we had moved hers to a parking lot. In the end, i loved every bit of the house and would find a rental like this again.

Because of your review, we have since added NEW HEATING DUCT RUNS in the downstairs master bedroom to ensure extra warmth during cold nights. We also appreciate the feedback that you provided during your stay and have addressed the minor items that were noted to be fixed. THe city of Big Bear Lake does have a Good Neighbor Policy that is required to be signed by all guests, which references Maximum cars, Maximum People, No Street Parking and a 10 pm noise ordinance. While we certainly want our guests to enjoy their stay, we also do our best to ensure that our guests are having a relaxed stay and avoiding any issues with the city Code Enforcement.
