Important Information
To ensure everything is ready before you arrive, we require at least one week’s notice for all Special Packages, with the exception of highchair and Pack ‘n Play rentals.
Please note:
- Pricing varies by package and can be added after your cabin reservation is confirmed.
- Birthday, Romance, Rose Petals, Firewood, Trash Pickup, Early Check-In, and Late Check-Out requests cannot be guaranteed within seven days of arrival.
- Highchair and Pack ‘n Play rentals may still be available with shorter notice.
- Flower arrangements or dozen roses may occasionally be accommodated on short notice. Please call us to check availability.

Set the mood for a memorable evening with beautifully arranged rose petals. This package is perfect for anniversaries, proposals, honeymoon celebrations, or simply surprising someone you love.
Firewood Package
Arrive ready to enjoy a cozy mountain evening. Our Firewood Package includes three bundles of firewood and a fire starter delivered to your cabin before check-in. Additional bundles and fire starters are also available.
Trash Pickup
Enjoy a hassle-free departure by adding our Trash Pickup Service. Instead of stopping at the local disposal site, simply leave your bagged trash inside the cabin before checkout, and our team will take care of the rest.
Per city ordinance, all guests are required to dispose of trash at the local dump after their stay to help protect Big Bear’s wildlife unless trash service is requested.
Early Check In
Start your vacation even sooner with a 1:00 PM early check-in when available. Availability depends on your cabin and travel dates. We are unable to confirm early check-in until the day before your arrival.
Late Checkout
Relax a little longer with a 1:00 PM late check-out, subject to availability. Like early check-in, availability is confirmed the day before departure and is unavailable during select peak seasons.

Our portable Pack ‘n Play includes a mattress and carry bag, providing a safe and comfortable sleeping space for infants and toddlers. Quantities are limited, so we encourage reserving in advance.
